A typical day’s hunt will proceed as follows:

MORNING HUNT: Start the day with a complete fresh breakfast to charge energy and initiate the hunting. Start the hunt with the first rise of the sunlight accompanied by an expert guide who will help you reach your target by the spot and stalk style of hunting.

MIDDAY: Recharge for the afternoon hunt with an exquisite lunch.

AFTERNOON HUNT: Hunters and guides will head back to continue the hunt.

DINNER: Share your stories from the day over an evening outdoor or indoor dinner with local food, fine wines, and sweet treats.

After your red stag has been taken, you can continue your hunt by hunting one of the other big game species that are available on this property. There are an estimated 2,000 free-range stags on this property. Additionally, an estimated 3,000 blackbucks, 1,000 boars, and 600 water buffaloes roam this vast property.

The outfitter also has a 6,000-acre estate hunting area that has larger stags, Axis Deer, Fallow Deer, and Mouflon. Silver or Gold medal trophies can be expected.

A list of animals and the associated trophy fees is available on the Trophy Fee Price List:

Bow Hunting

The outfitter also offers spot and stalk bow hunting for most species. Bowhunting success for free-range red stag runs about 60% during the rut, as getting close with a bow is difficult. If you have not gotten a stag within 3 days, you will have the option of switching to their 6,000-acre area estate and shooting a stag up to 300”, or switching to a rifle in the free-range area.

Red Stag Hunting Seasons

The hunting season for Red Stags in the La Pampa region runs from March through July. Many hunters wish to hunt during the roar to experience the magic of hearing the stags call during the rut. March and April are the prime months for this experience, with the roar starting to wind down after April 20.
